Herein is a synopsis of the design, discussion and major conclusions of Tennessee Valley Interstellar Workshop (TVIW) 2014's "B-for-Bio" working track, as well as the latest results from the ongoing work in ecological engineering considerations after TVIW 2014, in support of International Space University's (ISU) Worldship Project. A conceptual design for an extremely large teratonne-class rotating worldship was produced during the Workshop, which was refined during continued engineering development after the Workshop into a smaller, multi-gigatonne-class rotating interstellar vessel. One significant outcome was the discovery of a question revealing an unexamined assumption in the field: are the mission planners exporting a mere life support system for the human interstellar travelers, or exporting Earth itself? Conceptual designs, conclusions, and recommendations for low-cost but achievable ways of exploring and advancing this topic that were reported out to the full Workshop by the track's participants are presented here.
